Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeting Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meeting Copilot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate your access to the Service:

• By you: Cancel your subscription at any time
• By us: For violation of these Terms or illegal activity
• By us: With 30 days' notice for business reasons
• Automatic: For non-payment or account inactivity

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any data stored within it. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meeting Copilot concerning your use of the Service.
